The group was received in the Center’ headquarters by Prof. Luís Manuel Fernandes, who introduced important facts about the Brazilian history that led to today’s political and educational system. Then, BPC’s Administrative Coordinator Lia Lopes presented the BRICS Policy Center and the work realized by the team. Besides the PUC-Rio, the students visited the UERJ, the FGV and the UFRJ.
