Article discusses the Brazilian anti-presidentialism regime

Ph.D. in International Relations from IRI/PUC-Rio and Fellow at BRICS Policy Center, Carolina Salgado published the article “The Brazilian anti-presidentialism regime” by Modern Diplomacy, in which she discusses the new contours of Brazilian politics after the election of Jair Bolsonaro and the changes in the way the Brazilians began to recognize themselves after that moment. In this sense, the author intends to understand how this change is occurring, who is favoring it and what is its probable outcome.
